MHSAA D3 Swimming Finals – Day 1 Update

OAKLAND, Mich. – The Hawkeyes finished last season with a sixth place finish at the State Finals; this year the team came into the 2015 MHSAA Division 3 State Finals meet ranked #5. On Friday afternoon the Hawkeyes took to the pools at Oakland University to compete in prelim action. Hamilton had a strong day, including a new State Record of 49.45 seconds in the 100 yard Fly by Junior Alec Nyboer. On the diving end, Hamilton placed three divers in the top 10 after the Semi-Finals.
