Hamilton Soccer So Far

By: Seth Buresh

Hamilton Varsity boy’s soccer is looking forward to another great season. The team is lead by seniors Raymond Johnson and Logan Sloan. They were elected captains by their team members, who chose them for their leadership, communication, and not to mention skill on the field. These two are power leaders and keep the team strong in good times as well as in tough times.

Although these two seniors are the base of the team, the boys are still without quite a few seniors. But the Boys Varsity Soccer team is still doing well, coming off with back to back wins and they are excited to face a strong Zeeland West team. They have had wins against Fennville, Hopkins, and Saugatuck, with losses against Wayland, Hudsonville, and Allegan, tieing with Black River for an overall record of 3-3-1. They are keeping their heads up after tough losses. But, after this successful week are looking to put up a tough fight against Zeeland West.
