HAMILTON, Mich. – The Hamilton boys varsity cross country team beats Holland Christian on Wednesday, October 7 with a score of 15-48.

The top six places were all filled by Hamilton boys, with senior, Mark Freyhof, placing first.  Mark won with a time of 16:38.88.  Second place was held by junior, Caleb Topp, with a time of 18:03.35.

Caleb Topp shares his thoughts about the meet, “Everyone ran great times for the course. We fell just short of getting a perfect score but we can’t get greedy. We still won the meet which is what we wanted to do. We are looking forward to our meet against Holland next week. Holland is very strong so we will need to bring our A-Game.

Defeating Holland Christian improved the boys record to four wins and zero losses.  Their next meet will be an invitational on Saturday, October 10 at Allegan.
