Robinson Steps Down As Varsity Soccer Coach

by: Caleb Topp

HAMILTON, Mich. – Coach Lauren Robinson has spent the last two years guiding the girls soccer program but is now stepping down.

Mrs. Robinson released a statement Monday afternoon regarding her decision.

“Although I have really loved the past couple of seasons coaching the Varsity girls and will miss the team dearly, I have decided to step down from the position at this point.  The girls deserve a coach that can put much of his or her time and energy into the program, and with all of my professional and personal obligations at this point, I don’t feel that I would be able to run the program in a way that would do justice to the girls.  I wish them all the luck in the world and will certainly be cheering them on!”
