Hamilton High School has named Jacquelyn Schwark as the new Varsity Girls Basketball Coach. Schwark played an important role last year in the success of the program and she is looking forward to leading the Hawkeyes on the court.

“I am thrilled to be the next Girls Varsity Basketball coach in Hamilton! I am excited to work with the girls and to continue to be part of this awesome community. I love this school and this program and I am committed to doing this job to the very best of my ability” stated Schwark. “There’s nowhere I’d rather be and I can’t wait to get started!”

Hamilton Athletic Director Jordan Bandstra said that “Jackie has been on our radar since she student taught at our Middle School a couple years back. She stepped in last year as the freshman coach and ran with it. We knew early on that she had what it takes to be a varsity coach. We are excited for her to get started working on the vision she has for girls basketball in Hamilton. “

She takes over a Girls Basketball program that has developed a great deal of recent success including four OK-Green Conference Championships (2013, 2017, 2018, 2019), five District Championships (2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019), and back-to-back Regional Championships (2018, 2019).
